1. General Policy: No Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, Rank.co.com operates on a strict no-refund policy.

Our services are digital, intangible, and involve a significant, upfront, and irreversible investment of time, resources, proprietary strategy, and labor. Once a service has been purchased and work has commenced, we incur costs that cannot be recovered.

  • All sales are final. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable.
  • No guarantees. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Rank.co.com does not guarantee any specific results, search engine rankings, or increases in website traffic. Our services are based on a process of professional effort and expertise, and the results are subject to numerous factors outside of our control (such as search engine algorithm updates and competitor actions).
  • Dissatisfaction with the results of our services does not constitute grounds for a refund.

2. Exceptions to This Policy

The only exception to our no-refund policy is if Rank.co.com fails to commence the work as described in your Service Agreement or Scope of Work document.

If we fail to begin any work on your project within the mutually agreed-upon timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Any such claim will be investigated and determined at the sole discretion of Rank.co.com management.

This exception does not apply to delays caused by the client (see Section 3).

3. Client Responsibilities and Delays

We are not liable for any failure or delay in service delivery that is caused by your failure to provide necessary information, access, content, or approvals.

If a project is delayed or paused due to a lack of client participation, feedback, or provision of required materials, Rank.co.com is not responsible for such delays and no refund will be issued. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you, but the project may be placed on hold until you provide the necessary input.

4. Service Cancellations

  • One-Time Projects: For one-time projects or packages paid in advance, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation by the client at any point after the purchase.
  • Monthly Retainers: For ongoing monthly retainer services, you may cancel your service in accordance with the cancellation terms specified in your Service Agreement (e.g., with 30 days’ written notice). You will be responsible for all fees incurred up to the date of cancellation, including the full fee for the final month of service. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for the period in which the cancellation notice is in effect.

5. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us at hello@rank.co.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication to resolve the issue will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback and to provide the relevant financial institution with all documentation related to the service purchased, including your acceptance of this policy.
